📌 Appointment Policies & Booking Guidelines Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Payments Remaining balances must be paid in CASH, Apple Pay, Cash App, or Zelle at the time of service. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be required to rebook with a new deposit. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment will need to rebook with a new deposit. ⸻ 💅🏾 Booking the Correct Services Please double-check that you are selecting the correct service(s) and any desired add-ons during booking. This ensures the proper time is reserved to complete everything you want. ⸻ 🎨 Nail Art & Add-Ons Nail art is not included in standard sets unless booking a freestyle set. If you’d like specific designs, please select the corresponding add-on(s) when booking. ⸻ 🛠Fixes & Refunds All services are non-refundable. If you experience any issues, I offer complimentary nail fixes (at my discretion) within 5 days of your original appointment. Please bring up any concerns during your appointment so I can make any necessary adjustments. ⸻ ⚠️ Important Service Information Please make sure you’re booking accurately. Example: If you currently have dip powder or acrylic from another technician and want to book a Gel-X full set, you must also book a soak-off or arrive with bare nails.
